Position Title: Sales Director – B2B Food Ingredients Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across Egypt. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with a strong FMCG background, capable of driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and expanding market share. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across multiple regions Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retailers Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities Forecast sales, manage budgets, and prepare reports for senior management Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on promotions, launches, and campaigns Experience & Qualifications:7–10+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail networks Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA or professional sales certifications are a plus Personal Attributes:Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
