Role Description

The CVM District Manager in Giza will oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned district to ensure targets and objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, mentoring and coaching the sales team, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The role requires continual monitoring of performance metrics and implementing corrective measures as needed. This is a full-time, field position located in Giza.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in sales and team leadership within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in market analysis and competitive landscaping Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinarian, Science , or a related field Willingness to work on-site and oversee team effectively Experience in cardiology, diabetes, or vascular medicine therapeutic areas is preferred
