Role Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager & Organizational Development (OD) professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in New Cairo. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, building strong employer branding strategies, managing efficient hiring practices, and conducting interviews to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, the role encompasses the design and implementation of organizational development strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and growth within the company.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes Strong skills in Employer Branding and attracting top talent Experience in conducting structured and effective Interviews Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of organizational development strategies and techniques Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and across teams to achieve goals Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree is a plus
