Role Description
We are seeking a Mid-Level BIM Architect for a full-time, on-site role in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will collaborate with design teams to develop and model architectural plans and documentation using BIM software. Responsibilities include creating comprehensive design solutions, managing project details, ensuring compliance with design standards, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This position requires balancing creativity with technical expertise, and it involves supporting project coordination from concept to completion while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software for modeling and design workflows Experience in architectural design, space planning, and creating technical documentation Familiarity with construction documentation, detail development, and code compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage project challenges Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills for working within a team and with clients A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field3-6 years of architectural and BIM experience preferred Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality projects is a plus
