Role Description
The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. Responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients, providing expert consulting services, and understanding client requirements to recommend suitable real estate opportunities. Consultants will guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, maintain strong relationships, and help achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date on market trends and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with experience in identifying and evaluating market opportunities. Exceptional Communication capabilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to meet client needs, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of the real estate industry and current market trends. Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills. Prior experience in real estate or a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
