• Delivery Excellence: Lead sprint planning and daily standups. Partner with Product Managers to prioritize the roadmap and ensure features ship on time.
• Java Standards: Foster a culture of high-quality Java development, emphasizing clean code, effective use of design patterns, and robust unit testing.
• Process Optimization: Identify and remove bottlenecks in the development lifecycle. Maintain a strong CI/CD pipeline tailored for Java applications.
