Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical consultations, providing sales support, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and delivering customized solutions. Key responsibilities include preparing proposals, presenting options effectively to clients, offering technical support, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand and communicate complex product details to clients. Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Ability to manage Sales processes, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals. Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. Experience in the architectural or construction industry is a strong advantage. Proficiency in relevant software tools and Microsoft Office applications. Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
