We are looking for a Senior Quality Control professional to join our team in Nasr City. The main role is to monitor service quality, analyze customer feedback, and ensure continuous improvement while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate the quality of services and work on their improvement. • Handle customer feedback and propose appropriate solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal standards. • Prepare periodic reports outlining performance levels and areas for improvement.
Requirements: • Experience in quality control, preferably in the tourism or service sector. • High attention to detail. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Details: • Working hours: 8 hours/day • Days off: 6 days/month (rotational) • Salary: 10,000 EGP
