Flairs Tech is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual with strong communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, Linked In). Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Research target markets and identify potential clients. Communicate Flairs Tech’s services and value proposition effectively. Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets. Requirements Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or similar roles Strong English communication skills (B2–C1) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales or lead generation Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) Experience in IT services or outsourcing industry is a plus
