Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on real estate investments, understanding market trends, and facilitating property transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, developing tailored property solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to support business development goals will also be essential.
Qualifications
Proven consulting and advisory skills with the ability to analyze client needs and develop effective property solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders Experience in customer service and a client-focused mindset to ensure satisfaction and retention Successful track record in sales, including negotiation and closing deals effectively Solid understanding of the real estate market with expertise in property buying, selling, and leasing processes Proficiency in market analysis and identifying investment opportunities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and meet targets, while collaborating effectively in a team Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
