Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert guidance and managing transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities include providing property tours, advising on market conditions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. Collaboration with developers and team members to meet organizational goals is also part of the role.
Qualifications A valid Real Estate License Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions Experience and proficiency in Sales and Customer Service Knowledge of the local market in New Cairo and surrounding areas Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with clients and team members Familiarity with technology and software applications relevant to real estate is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
