Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include providing expert consultancy, identifying client needs, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, especially in RED’s focus regions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate market understanding Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities Proven competency in Sales and negotiation Knowledge of the local real estate market (New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, etc.) Proficiency in maintaining client relationships and understanding their needs Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous Previous experience in the real estate sector is a significant plus
