About the Role:We are looking for a PCC Engineer – Dyeing to join our team at Jade Textile – Ismailia Plant. This role plays a key part in driving process control, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality within the dyehouse operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Monitor and improve dyeing processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards. Conduct daily checks with production and QC teams to identify risks and fabric issues. Analyze process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Investigate and resolve fabric faults and operational issues. Support training activities and ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices. Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and quality targets. Contribute to improving machine efficiency and process optimization.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (Dyeing & Finishing) or relevant field.2+ years of experience in textile manufacturing (Dyeing is a must). Good understanding of textile processes and dyehouse operations. Knowledge of Lean / 5S principles is a plus. Familiarity with quality standards and SOPs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
