Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in 10th of Ramadan. The Team Leader Contact Center will oversee daily operations of a customer service team, ensuring efficient performance and high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring team metrics, coaching, and training team members, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing leadership in a fast-paced environment to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
Strong customer-oriented skills, including expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Proven ability in Team Management and leadership Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient Analytical Skills to address team performance and enhance efficiency Experience in managing contact center operations is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred Adaptability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
