Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's diary, handle correspondence, coordinate meetings, and prepare key documents such as expense reports and presentations. Additionally, the role involves providing comprehensive executive-level administrative support, managing priorities, and ensuring optimal time management. The candidate will act as a trusted partner to streamline communication and contribute to the operational efficiency of the CEO's office.
Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support Proficiency in creating and managing Expense Reports and undertaking Diary Management tasks Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and professional judgment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields Prior experience supporting C-level executives preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills
