School Executive Director — International School Location: New Administrative Capital, Egypt
We are hiring a School Executive Director to act as the owners’ voice in operations and the primary liaison between the Board, the School Principal, and the senior leadership team.

What you will do Lead the whole school (academic and non‑academic). Turn the owners’ vision into a simple annual plan with budgets, milestones, and clear success measures. Run a focused weekly leadership meeting; set priorities, assign owners, and close actions on time. Approve the academic game plan: curriculum, assessment calendar, staffing, and professional development. Grow student numbers and satisfaction by aligning admissions, marketing, and parent experience. Raise operational standards across transport, housekeeping, security, child safeguarding, maintenance, facilities, information technology, and events. Set a few essential targets (teaching quality, enrollment, retention, cost control) and step in early when off track. Own the budget with Finance; protect quality while keeping spending disciplined. Keep governance tight: concise briefs, clear decisions, tracked risks, and documented follow‑ups. Ensure readiness for inspections and accreditation; fix gaps before they become issues. Coach the Principal and senior leaders; make promotion and succession recommendations to the Board. Build strong ties with regulators and partners; represent the school with credibility and warmth.
What you bring• Fluent English and Arabic; confident, clear communicator and presenter.• 8–12 years in a similar position in international schools is a must.• Preferably known in the local market with experience in comparable roles at competitor schools.• Executive presence: highly presentable, strong personality, and high emotional intelligence.• Proven leadership and collaboration skills; able to influence without direct authority.• Strategic planning and analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, budgets, and risk registers.• Excellent organization and follow-through; meticulous with documentation and meeting actions.
