Tender Engineer Section Head (MEP / Construction)
We are hiring an experienced Tender Engineer Section Head (MEP) to lead our tendering team and manage the full bid lifecycle for major construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the tendering section and ensure smooth workflow Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams Analyze risks and identify value engineering opportunities Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant bids
Requirements:✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering✔ 8–12 years of experience in MEP Tendering within construction companies✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems✔ Proven leadership experience is a must✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills????
