Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Alexandria, Egypt. As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, nurturing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue expansion. Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of the sales team while collaborating with other departments to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications Proven leadership in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development Strong Account Management and relationship-building expertise Advanced Team Management and leadership capabilities Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities and performance Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage Experience in the advertising or marketing industry preferred
