Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Services Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role located in New Nozha. The Medical Services Coordinator will manage patient interactions, maintain and update medical records, liaise with medical staff, and handle administrative tasks related to healthcare services. This role also involves ensuring effective communication between patients and healthcare providers while adhering to confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and basic principles of Medicine Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a patient-centered approach Experience with managing and maintaining Medical Records accurately and securely Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with office software and familiarity with medical record systems is a plus Ability to uphold confidentiality and follow medical and ethical standards Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
⏰ Working Hours:
• 9 working hours (including 1-hour break)
• Rotational shifts
• 2 rotating days off per week
