Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs and providing professional consulting services. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the property selection and purchasing process, building relationships with new clients, and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. The consultant will collaborate with the sales team and developers, prepare property presentations, and conduct market analysis to provide up-to-date, data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise with a deep understanding of the real estate market Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Proven Sales skills to achieve targets and negotiate successful deals Ability to conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends Proficiency in managing client relationships and providing tailored solutions Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous Familiarity with the Cairo real estate market is a plus Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
