Talent-360.me is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

This role involves designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital interfaces that elevate the user experience across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design assets for web and mobile applications Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards Experience conducting user research and usability testing Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
