We're looking for SAP Governance & Support Lead to own SAP adoption post go-live by driving compliance, supporting users, ensuring data accuracy, and acting as the central point of coordination between business units and the DBS team.
We are looking for a "Power User" who understands the business logic just as well as the software.
Key Responsibilities Enforce SAP usage and standardized processes across all BUs. Act as first point of contact for user support and guidance. Manage post go-live stabilization, including issue tracking and coordination with DBS during the 1-month support period. Ensure master data accuracy and governance. Monitor adoption and system usage, and report on key KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements3 to 6 years of SAP experience (implementation/support) Strong business or system acumen Strong understanding of at least two core modules and how they integrate. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information systems, or a related field. Ability to interpret system logs and usage data into actionable business insights. Assertiveness (to enforce compliance) & empathy (to support frustrated users during the learning curve).
