  • Review all operations documents and inform customer service team of any observations or discrepancies
  • Enter operations data into the customs platform (NAFEZA), upload required documents, and follow up on shipment and customs certificate status on an hourly basis
  • Submit grievances related to shipments and monitor their progress through the customs platform
  • Communicate with customs brokers regarding document submissions and any special customs requirements
  • Provide customer service team with copies of customs duties immediately upon issuance to be shared with clients
  • Handle any additional requirements necessary to complete customs clearance procedures
