Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position as Telecom Project Coordinator - Wireless BSS & Transmission, based in Cairo, Egypt. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising telecom installation, testing, and commissioning processes for BSS and transmission systems. The role entails coordinating with teams, ensuring project scope is met, managing timelines, and troubleshooting issues. The Project Coordinator will also manage effective communication between stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Wireless BSS and Transmission systems, and experience with their installation, configuration, and maintenance Strong project coordination skills, including planning, timeline management, and resource allocation Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution related to telecommunications systems Knowledge of power solutions, including AC/DC systems, solar power, and fiber optics is an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Adaptability to work in a high-paced and dynamic on-site environment Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications or prior experience in Wireless BSS systems, transmission technologies, or project management is highly desirable Experience working in cross-cultural teams and strong understanding of technical documentation
