Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and executing visually appealing store displays, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and seasonal themes. The role will involve arranging window displays, coordinating with store teams, and monitoring the implementation of merchandising plans. Additionally, they will contribute to driving sales by enhancing in-store and window appeal and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications Strong skills in Visual Merchandising and Window Display design Retail and Sales experience with an understanding of store layouts and inventory management Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to analyze trends and align designs with current market needs Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments Proficiency in design software or tools is a plus A degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field is preferred
