Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical District Sales Manager, based in Cairo with opportunities to work remotely. The role involves managing and driving sales in the medical devices sector, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, overseeing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to sales processes to optimize effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare market Proficiency in Sales, Sales Effectiveness, and Sales Management Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and sales data Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage sales strategies, set targets, and achieve revenue goals Familiarity with medical devices and the ability to learn technical product information Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Experience in managing sales teams and working with cross-functional teams
