AtJob Responsibilities:Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media. Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via Linked In). Network with candidates offline during job fairs. Screen resumes and job applications. Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires. Prepare candidates before interviews with clients. Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities. Keep and update database with detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations. Job Requirements:0 to 3 years of relevant work experience. B2 in English is a must. Must be resident of those areas (Nasr city, Masr Elgdida, Sheraton or Nozha). What We Offer Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite & 2 days remote after onboarding period.
