Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Referral Coordinator located in Qesm El Maadi. As a Referral Coordinator, you will manage patient referrals by verifying insurance information, liaising with healthcare providers, and ensuring all required documentation is in place. The role involves clear and professional communication with patients and medical staff, as well as providing exceptional customer service to solve inquiries effectively. You will also utilize your knowledge of medical terminology to ensure accurate processing and documentation of referrals.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Insurance Verification, ensuring proper coverage and compliance Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions Knowledge of Medical Terminology to facilitate accurate processing of referrals Customer Service-focused attitude, ensuring patient and provider satisfaction Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in using medical software and relevant tools is a plus Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and practices is desirable
