Accenture is seeking a hands-on Data Lead to take ownership of the cutover data strategy, planning, and execution for a large-scale SAP transformation program. This role will focus on ensuring seamless data migration, reconciliation, validation, and integrity across Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance (FIN) workstreams during the system transition. The SAP Data Lead will collaborate closely with the Cutover Lead, Data Migration teams (e.g., Syniti), functional and technical teams, and business stakeholders to guarantee cutover success and business continuity post go-live.

This position requires strong leadership, expertise in data quality assurance, and the ability to resolve data-related risks while driving alignment across multiple teams. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential, particularly in managing data migration and integration for HCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall data cutover strategy, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.

  
  
  

• Lead data cutover planning by developing detailed data migration runbooks, task lists, and schedules.

  
  
  

• Ensure proper mapping of legacy system data to SAP structures, including Master Data, Transaction Data, and Configuration Data.

  
  
  

• Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks pre- and post-cutover to ensure data integrity.

  
  
  

• Drive resolution of data discrepancies by coordinating with business and technical teams.

  
  
  

• Monitor and report data cutover progress to the Cutover Lead, PMO, and program leadership, ensuring transparency and proactive risk management.

  
  
  

• Lead data-focused readiness reviews, cutover rehearsals, and final go/no-go assessments.

  
  
  

• Support the creation of comprehensive data cutover documentation, including lessons learned, process flows, and decision logs.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with the Data Migration partner, business data owners, and functional leads to ensure cutover data completeness and accuracy.

  
  
  

• Implement robust data governance during the cutover period, establishing clear roles and responsibilities for data quality ownership.

  
  
  

• Establish automated data validation tools/scripts to accelerate reconciliation and reduce manual effort.

  
  
  

• Provide strong leadership presence to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and escalate data risks appropriately.

  
  
  

• Leverage SAP SuccessFactors expertise to manage data migration and integration for HCM processes, ensuring alignment with SAP HCM structures and best practices.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with SuccessFactors functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, and Talent Management.
