1. Strategic Reporting & Insights
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and strategy performance reports.
- Track KPIs aligned with corporate strategy and business objectives.
- Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and highlight risks and opportunities.
2. Performance Management
- Support annual strategy planning and performance review cycles.
- Ensure alignment between departmental KPIs and corporate objectives.
- Conduct variance analysis and performance trend assessments.
3. Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reported data.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Business Development, and other functions for data validation.
- Improve reporting processes and automation.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business units to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive committees and board meetings.
