Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Visual Merchandiser located in Cairo, Egypt. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and executing visually appealing product displays, arranging store layouts to attract customers, and ensuring alignment with the brand’s image and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, analyzing store performance, maintaining store visuals, and ensuring the proper utilization of visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Qualifications Proficient in creating impactful Window Displays and store layouts Strong Retail and Sales acumen to support merchandising efforts and drive store performance Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams and engage effectively with customers Attention to detail and creativity in delivering innovative visual solutions Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment is preferred A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in visual merchandising or related fields is a plus
