As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate Research and Development Engineers to lead innovation, improve product performance, and develop the next generation of furniture products.

Key Responsibilities
Research, design, and development of innovative wood and metal furniture products and systems
Create product concepts, prototypes, and technical drawings
Evaluate materials, manufacturing processes, and structural performance
Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to improve manufacturability and cost efficiency
Conduct product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities
Ensure compliance with safety, durability, and industry standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or a related field
Proven experience in wood and metal furniture manufacturing and product development
Strong understanding of wood and metal manufacturing processes
Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software (Solid Works, Auto CAD, or similar)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to work closely with production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good communication skills
Proficient in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in structural design or load analysis
Knowledge of manufacturing and development
Experience in cost reduction and design for manufacturing (DFM)
