Role Description We are seeking a skilled Draftsman for a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, creating design layouts, and collaborating with architects and engineers to translate concepts into accurate plans. Key responsibilities include interpreting project specifications, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and utilizing drafting software to create precise documentation. Attention to detail and effective communication with the team are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D and other drafting software; ability to create and modify technical drawings Understanding of design principles, technical specifications, and architectural or engineering standards Strong spatial awareness and visualization skills Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders A degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience in construction, Millwork, or related industries is advantageous
