Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality corporate training programs to enterprise clients globally. The trainer will conduct instructor-led training sessions and workshops to help organizations adopt and implement enterprise-level Agile transformation using SAFe methodologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAFe implementation, Agile transformation initiatives, Program Increment (PI) Planning, Lean-Agile principles, and scaling Agile practices across large organizations. A solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Dev Ops practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led corporate training sessions on SAFe methodologies for enterprise clients in virtual or classroom environments. Conduct training programs such as Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe Scrum Master, and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager. Facilitate workshops, case studies, and interactive exercises to help participants understand Agile and SAFe concepts. Guide organizations in adopting and implementing SAFe frameworks across multiple teams and departments. Facilitate and support Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies. Provide practical guidance on Lean-Agile leadership, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and enterprise Agile practices. Mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and SAFe implementation. Customize training materials and delivery based on client requirements and industry use cases. Deliver virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for global audiences using online training platforms. Stay updated with the latest updates from Scaled Agile, Inc. and industry Agile practices.
Required Skills & Expertise Strong experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation and coaching Hands-on experience with Agile transformation in enterprise environments Knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Dev Ops practices Experience facilitating PI Planning and enterprise Agile events Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Experience delivering corporate training or Agile coaching programs Ability to train and engage global audiences in remote training environments
Qualification:3–8+ years of experience delivering corporate training on Agile or SAFe frameworks Proven experience conducting instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for corporate clients Experience delivering SAFe certification training programs such as Leading SAFe or SAFe for Teams Experience facilitating interactive workshops, exercises, and Agile simulations for professional learners Experience training cross-functional teams including developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and managers Experience delivering training to enterprise clients or large organizations Ability to handle global training audiences and multi-time-zone training sessions
