Responsibilities and Duties:• Analyze customer RFQs (Request for Quotations), specifications, and tender documents.• Study and collect all information needed to prepare the proposal.• Negotiation with suppliers to get best commercial condition.• Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals.• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to gather necessary inputs for proposal preparation.• Prepare cost estimates and support pricing strategies.• Ensure all submissions comply with technical requirements, deadlines, and internal approval processes.• Following up on status of opportunity with clients
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering .• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in proposals, estimation, or technical sales .• Basic understanding of electrical systems and industrial applications
Specific skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
