Job Summary:


As a Technical Recruitment Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across diverse technical functions including software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps, and emerging technologies.


You will play a key role in building scalable hiring strategies, managing high-volume recruitment initiatives, and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the tech market, and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.


Responsibilities:


Technical Recruitment & Strategy


  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple technical domains
  • Partner with hiring managers and tech leaders to understand workforce plans and translate them into effective hiring strategies
  • Design and execute scalable recruitment approaches for high-volume and niche technical roles
  • Build sustainable pipelines of top technical talent

Sourcing & Talent Engagement


  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, referrals, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience

Screening & Evaluation


  • Conduct thorough technical screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks

Process Optimization & Data


  • Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and sourcing technologies
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality

Market Intelligence


  • Stay informed about tech market trends, emerging skills, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
  • Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and recommendations
