Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on achieving sprint goals.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Work with product owners to refine and maintain the product backlog.
• Track and communicate team progress, identifying areas for improvement.
• Promote Agile best practices throughout the organization.
