Role Description
As a full-time Lebanese Chef at Hilton Alexandria Corniche, you will be responsible for crafting authentic Lebanese dishes and maintaining the highest culinary standards. Daily tasks include menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring quality and consistency of cuisine. You will supervise kitchen operations, adhere to health and safety regulations, and train kitchen staff in Lebanese cooking techniques. This is an on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, requiring engagement with the team and guests to deliver exceptional services and dining experiences.
Qualifications
Expertise in Lebanese cuisine preparation, menu planning, and authentic flavor profiling Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety protocols Leadership and team management skills to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively Creativity and attention to detail to maintain high standards of presentation and quality Relevant certifications in culinary arts or professional chef training will be an advantage Proficiency in maintaining hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations Ability to work in high-pressure environments while ensuring guest satisfaction Prior experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is preferred Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage
