  Arrange stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement  Responsible for showroom proper operation and compliance of the showroom to corporate identity.
  Maintain and update brand knowledge for self and team under supervision.
  Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction.
  Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that everyone is being looked after.
  Represent the sales department in his branch.

BS/BA in business, marketing, management, or equivalent.
  MBA in business administration is preferred.
  Experience: 5-7 years of experience in automotive retail sales with minimum 2 years of experience in managerial  position in reputable dealership.
Skills and Abilities:  Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and the automotive industry.
  Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
