Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt for a Customer Service Specialist (English Speaking). The role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Specialist will handle phone calls and maintain excellent communication and professional etiquette, while contributing to a positive customer experience. They are also expected to coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities Fluency in English, both written and spoken Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team-oriented environment Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are advantageous
