Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Infrastructure Technical Office Engineer located in El Maadi. The responsibilities include design for wet infrastructure netwroks using Water CAD/GEMS , Sewer CAD/GEMS, also preparing and reviewing shop drawings using Civil 3D and any relative software, developing and analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), coordinating with civil and electrical engineering teams, and conducting quantity surveying. The engineer will work closely with different technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in creating designs, generating Shop Drawings ,and preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Having From (3 to 5 years) of real experience Proficiency in BIM software (Civil 3D, part builder and Navisworks). Good knowledge of dynamo is a plus. Strong knowledge of design of wet infrastructure networks using Sewer CAD/GEMS , Water CAD/GEMSBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the capability to meet deadlines. Effective collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team.
