SVIP User Acquisition Specialist (India & Pakistan Market)
Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven SVIP User Acquisition Specialist to identify, acquire, and convert high-value users (high spenders) from competitor platforms. This role focuses on driving user growth through targeted acquisition and maximizing user value via retention and monetization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Value User Acquisition (Core Focus)
a. Identify and acquire high-spending users from competitor platforms
b. Reach out through private channels, communities, and social networks
c. Build trust and convert users to join and engage with our platform
2. User Conversion & Onboarding
a. Provide 1-on-1 follow-up with newly acquired users
b. Drive key actions such as registration, first recharge, and early engagement
c. Design personalized incentives and onboarding strategies
3. Monetization & Retention (Core KPI)
a. Track user recharge behavior and activity levels
b. Improve user spending frequency and lifetime value (LTV)
c. Optimize 7-day and 30-day retention rates
4. Relationship Management & Referral Expansion
a. Build long-term trust with high-value users
b. Leverage user networks to drive referrals and expand acquisition
5. Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization
a. Monitor acquisition funnel and performance metrics
b. Analyze conversion and retention data to refine strategies
c. Continuously improve ROI and acquisition efficiency
Requirements
1. Experience
a. Experience in user acquisition, BD, sales, or key account management preferred
b. Background in live streaming, social entertainment, or gaming industry is a plus
c. Existing high-value user resources is a strong advantage
2. Language
a. Proficiency in English for daily communication
3. Core Skills
a. Strong conversion and negotiation skills
b. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building ability
c. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
4. Personal Traits
a. Highly proactive and result-oriented
b. Able to work under pressure and meet targets
5. Preferred
a. Familiar with India & Pakistan user behavior
b. Experience in private traffic (Whats App, Telegram, etc.)
KPIs
- Number of high-value users acquired
- First recharge rate & amount
- 7-day / 30-day retention rate
- Total user revenue (LTV)
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
- Additional commission based on user spending and retention (uncapped)
