Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Junior Project Engineer / Architect at Floatmap. The Junior Project Engineer will oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, coordinate with diverse teams, monitor project timelines, and ensure all milestones are met on schedule. Additional responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, managing communication between stakeholders, and supporting the operational team in addressing any challenges.
Qualifications
Experience in managing multiple tasks, with an ability to prioritize and maintain efficient project tracking. Proficiency in Project Management practices, including planning, organizing, and managing resources efficiently. Knowledge of design processes and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met. Skills in Construction & Engineering Management, planning, scheduling, coordination, & reporting. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. R&D Skills needed to stay ahead in the market, and maintain continuous improvements Interpersonal skills to engage and facilitate constructive meetings with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills -in both Arabic & English- is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous3~5 years of experience in project coordination or management within the engineering or construction industry is a must. PMP certification is a plus
