About the Role Professional Path Training Center is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented CEO Assistant to support executive operations and ensure seamless coordination across the organization. This role is critical in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEOManage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and communications Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Follow up on key projects, deadlines, and action items Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper documentation Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion Support business development and operational initiatives when required
Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, CEO Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic) High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
