Role Description This is a full-time Remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily interactions with clients, with drivers on the road,ensuring exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction, addressing customer concerns, assisting with orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and pharmacies. This role requires working as part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing the overall customer experience and delivering operational excellence.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Ability to enhance Customer Experience and resolve client concerns effectively Proficiency in communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to connect with customers Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Previous experience in customer service roles in the healthcare or delivery industries is a bonus.
