Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a German Call Center Representative located in Hurghada. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling incoming calls, managing client requests, coordinating effectively with other teams, and ensuring smooth communication. The representative will work in a professional call center environment, supporting HCIG’s mission of providing world-class healthcare solutions.
Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally Excellent verbal and written Communication skills in German Experience in Contact Centers and familiarity with call center processes Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and relevant software Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment Previous experience in healthcare or a related industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
