We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager & Recruiter to lead and manage the company’s HR functions while driving talent acquisition efforts. The role is responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, building strong employer branding, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with department managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
HR Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategy.
Organizational Development
