We are hiring a senior-level, portfolio-backed Media Production Manager to lead creative output for a growing US agency. This is not a training role. You must arrive with a strong body of work, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage production independently from day one.

Responsibilities
Creative Production & Design
- Lead the production of high-quality visual and multimedia content across all client accounts
- Design graphics, social media assets, presentations, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- Maintain a consistent, elevated standard of creative output that reflects each client's brand identity
Web & Content Management
- Update and manage client websites via WordPress (Elementor/Divi)
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure visual content is optimized for web performance and SEO
Project & Workflow Management
- Oversee creative timelines, asset organization, and file management using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Drive)
- Coordinate with agency team members to ensure on-time delivery of all creative deliverables
- Maintain organized content libraries and production schedules across multiple client accounts
