Position Overview:We're looking for a proactive and driven Direct Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about business development, has a strong understanding of client relationships, and is comfortable managing and optimizing sales pipelines through CRM systems (preferably Zoho). Key Responsibilities:• Generate and manage B2B leads through direct sales and networking.• Follow up with clients, contractors, and designers on quotations and proposals.• Use Zoho CRM (or similar tools) to manage leads, track progress, and report sales activity.• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, social media, and client outreach.• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and after-sales follow-ups.• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and business growth channels. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.• 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in B2B or furniture/interior sectors.
