Note: This is not a kitchen operations or demo chef role. This is a revenue-driving, account-closing, category-building role. We are hiring chefs who can walk into a hotel kitchen, diagnose operational challenges, build culinary solutions, influence decision-makers — and convert that influence into supply agreements.
You Will Operate Across All Major Food Categories:

- Bake & Sweets Ingredients

- Beverages (Coffee solutions, syrups, hydration)
Your mission is simple: Turn technical authority into measurable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Performance
- Support and drive monthly revenue targets
- Acquire new HORECA accounts
- Achieve demo-to-order conversion rate of 50%+ within defined cycle
- Grow SKU penetration inside strategic accounts
- Drive cross-category bundle selling
You will be expected to close business — not just present products. - Menu & Commercial Application Development
- Develop volume-driving recipes across categories
- Propose cost-engineered solutions to improve client margins
- Create seasonal & trend-driven menu concepts
- Build application case studies to support sales
Creativity must translate into volume. - Training & Enablement
- Deliver structured product training to clients
- Train sales & marketing teams on product functionality
- Onboard new accounts with clear usage SOPs
- Improve reorder frequency through correct application
- Competitive Intelligence & Product Benchmarking
- Maintain deep knowledge of product specs & technical functionality
- Create strong selling stories (performance, taste, profitability)
- Provide ground-level market feedback
- Support category development with practical insights
- Brand & Market Representation
- Represent Ghezaa at key culinary events & exhibitions
- Act as technical spokesperson in media or shoots
- Source menu trends and competitor insights from the field
- Build strong personal credibility in the professional chef community
